Pre-construction Consultation and Material Selection
We'll take accurate measurements and provide a materials list. 2-D drawings are available for larger projects. You can show us magazine clippings of projects you like or we can come up with an original design.
We Handle HOA Approval Process
We know how important it is to get HOA approval before we start your project. We'll reach out to your homeowner's association and have authorization to start the project on time.
811 Utility Check
Digging in your yard requires a utility check for buried cable, electric or plumbing lines. We will contact the individual utilities through the 811 service and have your property marked for safe digging.
Inform the Neighboring Property Owners
Most property owners have neighbors. If the fence shares property boundaries, we will approach your neighbors to let them know the cost of the installation and be sure everyone is in agreement with cost, and that pets are secured during the build-out.
Collect Payment at the Time of Installation
We'll collect final payment from neighbors so you don't have to manage the project upon completion. Not everyone has a relationship with their neighbors and we want to be sure you are comfortable every step of the way.
Waste Management
Our installation technicians will remove all of the old fence and related debris. Your project will be picture perfect upon completion and ready for family, friends and pets.
